With the success of last year’s Diwali Festivities, we are expanding it to include ALL cultures.

PTA is looking for Food and Booth Vendors.

Sponsorship and Donation Opportunities are available. We want to emphasize that every donation, regardless of its size, is immensely valuable. Your continued support and commitment is appreciated and will play a vital role in our mission.

All proceeds from this event will help support year round classroom/school needs and PTA enrichment programs.

I have read and agree to all Terms & Conditions and Terms of Operations of this package. In addition, we the participants, expressly release Tom Matsumoto Elementary School PTA, Tom Matsumoto Elementary School, and Evergreen School District from any and all liability for any theft, damage, injury, or loss to any persons and/or goods, which may arise from the occupation of a booth space by us.

SAFETY: Participant will act with the highest regard for the safety of the attendees and other participants of the Event, and will adhere to all laws, policies, rules, and regulations applicable to the goods and/or activities of Participant, including obtaining all licenses, permits, and approvals that may be required to enable Participant to conduct its activities at the Event and fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.
