Math Program Information
The Math Olympiad Program started at Tom Matsumoto in 1993. As a Team, our students participate in a variety of fun filled math competitions held in the United States and internationally. Through the Math Olympiad program, our students are registered for both the Math Kangaroo International Competition and the MOEMS competition. If there is sufficient interest, we will expand the program to include AMC 8.
The Math Kangaroo exams are administered in March. The MOEMS exam, which has 6 parts, will begin in November. The MOEMS competition is limited to grades 4-6.
Our program will provide the students with study materials and we will administer the exams. Students can register for one of the following options:
- Option 1: For both Math Olympiad and Math Kangaroo – $100.00
- Option 2: Math Kangaroo Only $50.00
Register for Math Program (Grades 4-6)
We are starting a Junior program for Grades K-3. Students will be able to participate in the Math Kangaroo International Competition, which will begin in March. For 12 weeks, students will receive weekly assignments and mock exams. This is a perfect opportunity to prepare your child for the MOEMS competition. The registration for Math Kangaroo is $50.
