PTA Membership Registration

In order to continue to support our kids and enrich their academic experience, we believe it is extremely important to repair and append to our current play area and play structure. Playgrounds provide the opportunity for children to practice skills that will ultimately play a role in adult competencies such as the ability to collaborate with others, develop decision-making skills, successfully take on leadership roles, persevere in the face of distractions, and generate creative ideas. Our goal of a playground expansion will require fundraising $170,000.

In order to continue to fund PTA programs, community events, and fun fellowship, we need to raise $65,000.

OUR GOAL OVERALL FUNDRAISING GOAL is to raise $235,000, which comes out to $360 per child.

There will be 2 major fundraisers in which we hope to accomplish our goal:
1. Membership Drive where you can sign up for PTA and donate an additional amount per child.
2. Walk For Education when kids will be able to obtain sponsors (family, friends, neighbors) to encourage their walk.
*** Many donors/contributors can have all of their contributions matched dollar for dollar through their place of employment. Simply provide them a receipt, along with our Tax ID 77-0499036 for them to make the donation directly to PTA. Many will also pay a certain dollar amount for hours volunteers. ***

In collaboration with families, community members, corporate matching, and corporate sponsors, we know we can achieve our goal of raising $235,000.

MEMBERSHIP DRIVE ENDS Oct 27th! The lucky winning classes will get the chance to pie the Principal, win a special class treat, and get us one step closer to realizing our goal!

Winning classes: One winning class from K – 3rd will be selected and one winning class from 4th – 6th will be selected. Each student will have a turn to PIE THE PRINCIPAL during our Halloween parade.

The class with the HIGHEST percentage of PTA members wins the “membership trophy.”

We would love EVERYONE—parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, teachers, community members, supporters of education—to join! Membership is simple and DOES NOT commit you to volunteering or attending any meetings. It does, however, help fund many school programs and events, and allows us to advocate for all children. All students benefit when you join the PTA! We encourage a donation of $360 per child in order to realize our goal.
